- Visiting:

Unless medically inadvisable, you may receive visits from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
For your comfort and that of your neighbours, we kindly ask you to avoid group visits and to keep them short.

- Accompanying guests:

If you wish someone close to stay with you, it is possible, exclusively in a single room, to ask the personnel on your floor. The supervisor will give their agreement according to the rooms available

- The meals:

Whether they are traditional, dietary or off the menu, meals are served:
-from 8 a.m. to 8 30 a.m. for breakfast
- from 12 a.m. to 12 30 a. m. for lunch
-from 6 p.m. to 7p.m. for dinner
-a light meal is also offered in the afternoon.
If you would like a particular meal for you or your accompanying guest (additional charge), you only need to ask the personnel on your floor in advance.

- The post:

The post is delivered daily, in the morning.
You may give your mail stamped to the personnel on duty who will have it posted.
For a postal order or registered post , reception will have it given to you confidentially.

- Couriers:

You may call a courier service through the personnel on your floor (additional charge).

- The library:

A voluntary library service visits each floor twice a wwek, to offer you a wide selection of books, journals and magazines. We thank you in advance for returning them to the personnel on your floor before leaving.

- Hairdresser, pedicure, beautician:

You may request the services of a hairdresser, pedicure or beautician by directly asking the personnel on your floor. You will be directly invoiced.

- To protect the tranquility of your neighbours, we ask you to use the televisions discreetly, avoid noisy conversations and to keep the lights down.

- In the interest of your recovery, please understand that unless medically authorized, all food, sweets, particularly alcoholic beverages and medecine are forbidden even if brought out of kindness.

- It is of course forbidden to smoke in the clinic.

- Animals are also not allowed for reasons of hygiene.

- Lastly, we thank you for taking care of the premises and the material at your disposal.
